This case was appealed from the Chancery Court of the First Judicial District of Hinds County. In May 1959, Clark was injured as a result of an automobile collision, he colliding with a car owned and driven by W.C. Bowen. In June of that same year, Bowen being a nonresident, Clark filed suit in the chancery court under our statute authorizing attachments in chancery against nonresidents, seeking to recover damages...
