This action was brought by Clarence M. Plitt to recover from appellees Mack, makers of a promissory note secured by second deed of trust, the balance due after foreclosure. The Macks, by third-party complaint, sought judgment against appellant Tipp for the amount of any judgment rendered against them, plus punitive damages. After trial without a jury judgment was entered in favor of Plitt against the Macks for $2,069.44, with interest to date...
