The jury below returned a verdict for $5,000 for personal injuries in favor of the cross-plaintiff, Tony Sappington, against the cross-defendant, Mrs. Leslie B. Kilavos. Upon motion for a new trial His Honor the Trial Judge reduced the amount of the verdict from $5,000 to $1,000 by way of remittitur which cross-plaintiff, Tony Sappington, accepted under protest and brought his appeal in error...
