HOOD, Associate Judge.

This action arose out of a collision between two automobiles in a downtown street intersection at an early hour in the morning. One automobile, traveling west, was driven by Dorsey; the other, traveling north, was driven by Eggleston. As a result of the collision Eggleston's automobile crashed into a store at the northwest corner of the intersection, damaging the building and a portion of the store...
