Casualty Company of New York et al., 129 So.2d 813, with which it was consolidated for the purpose of trial, arose out of an accident of June 13, 1958, on U. S. Highway 80, in Lincoln Parish, when an automobile driven by Henderson Jordan and an automobile of plaintiff, Dixie L. Fullilove, occupied by him and his family, driven by Buford Caldwell, while traveling...
