This is a suit brought by Joseph E. Fontenot seeking to have dissolved a farm lease of date of December 7, 1956 and executed by L. P. Benoit, as lessor, to J. E. Fontenot, as lessee, and seeking damages allegedly resulting therefrom.

Plaintiff prays for the dissolution of the lease agreement and resulting damages based on certain alleged acts of the defendant briefly summarized as follows:
