James LeRoy Cochran, appellant herein, was charged by indictment with armed robbery of the Roosevelt Federal Savings and Loan Association of St. Louis, Missouri. (18 U.S.C.A. § 2113) Upon being found guilty by a jury, he was sentenced to imprisonment for twenty years.
