Richard Herman Krimlofski was the insured under National Service Life Insurance policy V-8189463 in the amount of $10,000 issued by the Government. He died on March 25, 1958, as the result of injuries received in a motor vehicle mishap. The plaintiff Mildred Lucille Krimlofski is the widow of the insured, and the defendants Mina May Krimlofski and Richard Emil Krimlofski are his parents.
