This action in assumpsit was brought by R.M. Bourne & Company (Bourne), nominee of The Cleveland Trust Company, and The Cleveland Trust Company (Cleveland Trust) against Peoples Union Bank & Trust Company (Peoples Union) of McKeesport, Pennsylvania.
