This action in assumpsit was brought by R.M. Bourne & Company (Bourne), nominee of The Cleveland Trust Company, and The Cleveland Trust Company (Cleveland Trust) against Peoples Union Bank & Trust Company (Peoples Union) of McKeesport, Pennsylvania. The plaintiffs sought to recover the sum of $201,075.14, with interest. The lower court, sitting without a jury, awarded plaintiffs the damages prayed for. Peoples Union...
