After a hearing in the City Magistrates' Court of the City of New York, Adolescent Part, the defendant William James, 16 years of age, was adjudicated a "wayward minor" and committed to Elmira Reception Center for an indeterminate period. The Appellate Part of the Court of Special Sessions, First Department, has affirmed. Defendant is here by permission.
