This cause is again before the Court on a motion filed by the defendant Stella McCoy, under Rule 60(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, 28 U.S.C.A., seeking relief from the final judgment entered by this Court on September 2, 1960, which dismissed defendant's exceptions to the Commission's award, confirmed the award of the Commission and the report of the Special Master, and confirmed the vesting of title in the United States of America...
