The conviction is for the possession of marihuana; the punishment, two years.

The testimony of the state shows that about 7 p. m. four police officers observed the appellant and two companions leave a tavern and enter appellant's car which he drove to his residence and entered. The officers continued their surveillance. After about 30 minutes, the appellant and his companions left the house and appellant drove his car without lights...
