This is an appeal from a judgment wherein the defendants were convicted of several counts of grand theft.

In an information filed in Los Angeles County the defendants were jointly charged in count one with a violation of section 182, subdivision 1 and subdivision 4 of the Penal Code (conspiracy to commit grand theft). In Counts II, III, IV and V they were jointly charged with violations of the provisions of section 487, subdivision 1, Penal Code...
