Motion by appellant to amend the decision of this court (13 A.D.2d 1028), rendered June 26, 1961. The amendment is sought with respect to the third sentence in the tenth paragraph of the decision, which reads as follows: "Thereafter the stock was split four to one, and testator executed a further codicil increasing the Hospital's bequest to 1,000 shares." The motion is granted. Said sentence of the decision is amended to read as follows...
