The plaintiffs are residents and owners of real property in the Town of Bedford, Westchester County New York. They sue for a judgment declaring unreasonable and void an ordinance enacted by the town which reclassified three separately owned parcels, aggregating 123 acres, from a Residence 4-Acre ("4 A") district to a Research Office ("R O") district.
