This suit is brought to establish, affirm the validity and declare the effect of an alleged contract between appellee, James Green Lawson Coulson, and his deceased and only brother, Charles Louis Coulson.

The nature of the alleged contract, dated in the Fall of 1919, was that appellee, who at the time resided in Alabama, would dispose of his Alabama property, move to San Angelo, Texas, and there...
