This is a narcotic case in which the defendant claims that he was entrapped by agents of the Government into the commission of the offense.
The federal prisoner, Wyche Larry Sizer, who prosecutes this appeal from the District Court's order denying his petition for relief under 28 U.S.C.A. § 2255, was earlier tried and convicted by Judge Warlick, sitting without a jury, on an indictment containing four counts
