Plaintiffs, objecting to a $50 per person license tax levied pursuant to chapter 23 of the municipal ordinances of the City of Fort Lauderdale upon attorneys having offices within the city limits, filed suit on their own behalf as attorneys practicing there and on behalf of "all other persons similarly situated" to enjoin enforcement of the ordinance insofar as it imposed the protested tax.
