Plaintiffs in the trial court have appealed from a judgment dismissing with prejudice their second amended complaint. Although the judgment recites no reason for the dismissal, the motion pursuant to which it was entered is based upon the single ground that the complaint fails to state a cause of action upon which relief can be granted.
