This is an action by Bloomberg to recover a broker's commission in connection with the sale of a television station by a Massachusetts corporation (Greylock). There were verdicts for the defendant Podolsky, president of Greylock, on the counts against him, and for Bloomberg against Greylock in the sum of $20,761.53 upon one of two counts in contract against it.
