BOBBITT, Justice.

The evidence, when considered in the light most favorable to the State, was sufficient to warrant submission to the jury and to support the verdict and judgment. Hence, assignments of error directed to the court's refusal to allow defendant's motions for judgment as in case of nonsuit (G.S. § 15-173) are overruled. In this connection, see State v.
