This is a Workmen's Compensation case. The jury found that appellee, Glynn E. Bledsoe, while in the course and scope of his employment for Pan American Petroleum Corporation, on or about March 28, 1958, sustained an injury to his back, and that as a result of such injury appellee suffered permanent total incapacity.
