The appellant Milton Koomer and Freeman Earl Buck were accused of the crime of forgery. (Pen. Code, § 470.) The information contained two counts. The documents alleged to have been involved in each offense were described as "a certain credit card and credit slip." The appellant waived his right to trial by jury.
