This proceedings in equity involves the validity of an Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation of the Amana Society, an Iowa Corporation organized under the provisions of Chapter 491, Code of Iowa, I.C.A. The Amendment in issue was adopted December 12, 1955. Plaintiffs herein, a minority group of the original Class A stockholders, seek to enjoin the Society from operating thereunder.
