This action by Theos Futch, individually and as administrator of the estate of his minor daughter, Janice Futch, against the Fidelity & Casualty Company of New York is for the recovery of $10,266.70, and is one of three consolidated cases against the same defendant arising from an automobile accident which occurred January 3, 1960, on Louisiana Highway No. 15 onehalf mile north of the Town of Farmerville.
