PER CURIAM:

Petitioner's application for leave to appeal under the Post Conviction Procedure Act is denied because it was not filed within thirty days after the passage of the order below. That order passed on March 22, 1961, and the application to appeal therefrom dated June 5, 1961, was not filed with this Court until June 6, 1961. (See Code (1960 Cum. Supp.), Art. 27, § 645-I.)
