This action was brought to recover $25,150 for personal injury and property damage allegedly caused by a collision of automobiles. Defendant denied liability in his answer. However, at the commencement of trial he admitted liability for the damages, if any, sustained by the plaintiff in the collision. Consequently the question of damages was the only issue submitted to the jury which returned a verdict for plaintiff in the amount of $10,000. Defendant...
