This action was filed in the District Court of Muskogee County, Oklahoma, by plaintiff in error Isaac Tower, also known as Isaac Towie, Cherokee fullblood, in which he sought to quiet title to eighty acres of land located in Section 14, T 11 N, R 20 E.
