This is a workmen's compensation case.

During the course of his employment the workman, a truck driver, received injuries in a tornado from which he died a few days later. The commissioner, and, on appeal, the district court, made an award of death benefits for his widow and three minor children. The employer and its insurance carrier have appealed.
