On Saturday, May 9, 1959, about 9:30 P.M., a car driven by defendant Mary Lee Caldwell was struck from the rear by a car driven by defendant Lester H. Nickerson. The plaintiff, Manda Turner, a passenger in the car operated by Mrs. Caldwell, sought by this action to recover damages from both defendants for alleged personal injuries. The verdict was in favor of plaintiff and against both defendants for $6,000. Separate motions for a new trial...
