WISDOM, Circuit Judge.

The plaintiff, Charlie Ervin Waller, appeals from the district court's dismissal of his action against Professional Insurance Corporation and two Florida Insurance Commission officials, Reinhardt and Larson, for failure to state a claim presenting an amount in controversy sufficient to provide federal district court jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C.A. § 1332. We reverse.
