This suit was instituted by VeEtta Wimbush as the curatrix of her husband, Robert Wimbush, against Eudoxie Jones, for the purpose of annulling a notarial act of sale executed on July 1, 1960, wherein Robert Wimbush conveyed eight acres of land for a stated consideration of $250.00. The grounds relied upon by plaintiff are two-fold and charge that at the time of the sale her husband was mentally incompetent and, alternatively, the consideration received...
