Plaintiffs commenced this action against the defendant for the breach of a building contract, alleging that defendant failed to comply with the plans and specifications during the course of construction to plaintiffs' damage in the amount of $200,000. The trial court sustained a motion for directed verdict or to dismiss at the close of all the evidence on all grounds asserted except the defense of res judicata...
