The first sought to recover money due under a written contract entered into with one Jack Yetman on September 24, 1957, which was in part assigned to defendants Arthur T. Freeman, Albert Hayotin, Lyndon Gamelson and Earl Wakefield, for the purpose of managing, handling and promoting the plaintiff as an amateur and professional boxer...
