This is a suit against the defendant to recover damages alleged to have been sustained by plaintiff as a result of the loss of certain luggage and contents thereof, while plaintiff was traveling as a farepaying passenger on defendant's air line. There was a verdict and judgment for plaintiff in the sum of $1,700. From the judgment, defendant has appealed.
