Arthur William Ladson was convicted of selling or facilitating the sale of heroin on March 7 and March 21, 1958, in violation of 21 U.S.C.A. §§ 173, 174, and of conspiracy to violate those sections during the early months of 1958 by entering into an agreement with one Augustus Franks.
