SAMUEL, Judge.

Plaintiff brought this action against two defendants, Ernest J. Jilek and Lee C. Guillory, to try title to fifty lots of ground in Kenner, Parish of Jefferson. The property is unimproved and there was no possession of the same at any time by any of the litigants. Both plaintiff and, apparently, one of the defendants, Jilek, died prior to the trial. The universal legatee of the former was substituted for the plaintiff and he has prosecuted this suit...
