The court consolidated for trial the three cases growing out of a collision. Roy Rundle sued Grubbs Motor Lines, the owner of the tractor-trailer unit which was operated for it by defendant Dwaine Moser. They denied negligence and set up a counter claim against Rundle for damages to the tractor and for personal injuries sustained by Moser.
