The issue in the case at bar relates to the status of and the proper rate of duty applicable to certain merchandise brought into the Foreign Trade Zone, port of New York, Stapleton, N. Y., which, while held in custody in said zone, was given the status of "Privileged foreign merchandise" (T.D. 53010).
