This is an appeal by the defendant below from a judgment of $10,500 in favor of the plaintiff, Earnest Clyde Johnson, for the unlawful death of his wife, Betty Jean Johnson, in an automobile accident which occurred on July 8, 1960 on U.S. Highway 70 near Greeneville, Tennessee.
