This is a suit in tort by Kemra Lumber Company, Inc., against Louisiana Power & Light Company, et al. for damages resulting from a fire which totally destroyed the mill owned by petitioner. Damages are claimed in the amount of $50,377.20. T. P. Ladner, who was working for Louisiana Power & Light Company at the time of the fire, was joined as a party defendant, however, there was no effort made by petitioner to hold him personally liable....
