Mrs. Pearl Walters Hitt entered a plea of guilty in the Municipal Court of Atlanta to a charge that she had violated a penal ordinance of the City of Atlanta. Whereupon she was sentenced on September 22, 1960. On January 3, 1961, she presented for sanction her petition for writ of certiorari to Hon. Georgia P.
