The appellant, garnishee-defendant below, has appealed from a summary judgment entered in favor of William H. Reynolds, garnisher-plaintiff.

It appears from the record that Barbara Patterson McCoy was insured by the Universal Underwriters Insurance Corp., and that the policy insured against loss from liability for bodily injuries arising out of the operation and ownership of her automobile. The limits of coverage were $10,000 for bodily injuries...
