PER CURIAM.

Defendant was indicted for breaking and entering as defined in section 708.8, Code, 1958, I.C.A. He pleaded not guilty, was tried before court and jury, found guilty and sentenced to an indeterminate term not exceeding ten years in the penitentiary at Fort Madison. Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no error. Hence the judgment is
