Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with larceny in violation of section 709.1, Code 1958, I.C.A. He entered a plea of guilty and was sentenced to an indeterminate term not exceeding five years in the penitentiary at Fort Madison. Subsequently, but beyond the time allowed by Code section 788.2, I.C.A., defendant filed motion in arrest of judgment and application to set aside the information...
