This is an action brought on behalf of a minor plaintiff, Michael Stowers, 5 years and 2 months old, to recover damages for injuries he received April 28, 1958 when he was run over by the defendant Charles Carp's truck. The jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff in the amount of $15,000.00, judgment was entered thereon, the defendant's post trial motions for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and for new trial were denied, and this appeal by the defendant...
