PER CURIAM.
Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of malicious injury to buildings and fixtures in violation of section 714.1, Code, 1958, I.C. A. He pleaded not guilty, was tried before court and jury, found guilty and sentenced to an indeterminate term not exceeding five years in the penitentiary at Fort Madison. Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no error. Hence the judgment is
