This action was instituted by Uddo & Taormina Company1 against the Steamship Oberlin Victory and the Levant Line, time charterer of the Oberlin Victory, for damage to a consignment of 105 barrels of black olives in brine shipped from Piraeus, Greece, to New Orleans in 1958.
