The plaintiff in this action asked for an injunction against the defendants to restrain them from trespassing on his land, and damages. The defendants filed an answer which in effect amounts to a general denial of the allegations that the plaintiff was the owner and in possession of the land in dispute and the defendants had committed a trespass.
