In case No. 25396 the three defendants were jointly indicted for (1) concealing non-tax paid liquor and (2) possession of such liquor. The indictment was based on Title 26 U.S.C. §§ 5601(a) (12); 5205(a) (2) and 5604(a) (1); and Title 18 U.S.C. § 2.
